AMICSA Conference 2014

The Fifth International Workshop on Analogue and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits for Space Applications - AMICSA 2014 - was organised by ESA and CERN from June 29th to July 1st, 2014 in Geneva, Switzerland. The purpose of the workshop is to provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in analogue and mixed-signal VLSI design techniques and technologies for space applications.

In the lecture Radiation Tests of Point-of-Load DC/DC Converter and Extended Common Mode LVDS Components SPACE IC presented the latest radiation test results of the first European POL (SPPL12420RH) and LVDS (SPLVDS032RH, SPLVDS031RH) ICs, which are very promising with respect to component qualification and availability for space applications within short time. These IC products are manufactured in a TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors SOI technology.
